A client had an application that needed to be re-written in Microsoft Access.  The staff that would be supporting the application did not know how to program in Microsoft Access or Visual Basic for Applications.

Our Solution
We reworked the application using Microsoft Access and created two training curriculums.  The first was a Microsoft Access and VBA curriculum that presented the specific programming techniques that they would need to understand to support the application.  The second was a curriculum dedicated to the new application; how the screens worked, why the code was structured the way it was, etc.

Return on Investment
Since we taught the training sessions, the staff has been able to continue making improvements to the application themselves.  If they get stuck on an issue, we are available to provide coaching.
